Summer Fun for Surrey CF
As the newly appointed South East regional reporter for Gossip Tory I’d like to let you know about some upcoming CF events in Surrey. If you’re from other branches in Surrey or in other South Eastern counties please let tell me of your own events so that I can let Gossip Tory readers know about them.
This Friday, 27th July, Guildford CF have organised a pub night at the George Abbot. The pub is located at the bottom of the High Street (roughly opposite Debenhams) and isn’t far from the train station. Hope to see you there from 7pm. The Facebook event page can be found here.
On Sunday 5th August Mole Valley, Epsom & Ewell CF are holding their first official event. Please join us from 1pm at Ridge End, The Ridge, Epsom, KT18 7ET for a summer drinks reception and barbecue. We will be joined by Julie Iles, the Conservative Police & Crime Commissioner candidate for Surrey, as well as Ben Howlett. The Facebook event page can be found here and any questions you may have will probably be answered on our blog. Tickets are £6 and all profits will go towards helping CF candidates in local elections. This price includes food, drink and booking fee and tickets can be booked through our Eventbrite page.
Finally, on Tuesday 7th August Guildford CF Dining Society is having its first meal out at Ask in Guildford from 7.30pm. More details can be found at the Facebook event page.
