Labour MP Accused of “Punch Up” In Strangers Bar

Gossip Tory is hearing reports that a Labour MP, who is rumoured to be Eric Joyce, caused a scene possibly resulting in headbutting and punching of several bystanders including Conservative MP Stuart Andrew in the strangers bar. The Labour MP reputedly “lashed out” and “threw drinks” because the bar reserved for MPs and their guests was “too full of tories”. Allegedly the former officer has now been arrested and is being held on suspicion of assault. This has now been confirmed by Giles Dilnot and is now breaking on Politics Home.

Can confrim incident in Parliamentary bar have spoken to someone hit and headbutted. Says they will press charges
